Salmon has long been associated with good eats. Salmon can be as delicate as a thin raw slices of sashimi, lightly dipped in soy sauce and chased with bright pink shavings of pickled ginger. However, salmon is also a very versatile fish. Fresh salmon fillets can be dusted with seasoning and roasted at a high temperature on top of cedar planks and stand up to bold flavors.
