{Giving Back} @ArtizoneChi is Part of the Loop

It’s no secret how much I adore Artizone.com for bringing local foods from growers and artisans right to my doorstep. Having groceries delivered is one thing, but being able to get food that is sourced locally is so much better!

What’s even better is that Artizone.com is giving back to the Chicago community through their Part of the Loop Program.

Quite simply, the Part of the Loop Program is designed to help good people do good things in Chicago. Here is how it works. On the first day of every quarter (January, April, July & October), Artizone.com will write a $1,000 check to an organization that is doing great things for Chicagoans.

But it doesn’t stop there.

You can be a “part of the loop” too. It is easy. Really easy. Simply place your Artizone.com order as you normally would and check the “I’m Part of the Loop” box at checkout. And just like that, now you are part of this effort too! Once they reach 250 orders, they will write another $1000 check. No cost to you. Nothing extra added onto your order. And once you become part of the loop, you stay in the loop — every order counts towards our goal.

Artizone.com is kicking off the Part of the Loop program with a partnership with Academy for Global Citizenship to fund a Healthy Cooking Club with Purple Asparagus. This club extends the AGC approach of holistic child development beyond the school day.  It offers the hands-on learning opportunity for 20 AGC students and families to apply math, science and literacy skills to nutritious recipes from the school’s Organic Café.

Artizone’s initial $1,000 sponsorship will cover the first 8 weeks of programming. As soon as they collectively achieve 250 orders, Artizone will donate a second $1,000 which will fully fund the 13-week Fall Healthy Cooking Session, and put money towards the Winter Session.

Artizone.com is a proud sponsor of the Momma Cuisine Show.
