This recipe for Soy Ginger Steamed Tilapia is the same recipe as my Soy Ginger Steamed Pompano Fish. The only difference is the fish used in this video is Tilapia which is probably the more known of the two. You can also use Swordfish, Halibut, even Trout for this recipe.
