We always serve ham for Easter dinner. We have scalloped or au gratin potatoes, dinner rolls, asparagus, and some sort of fruit or jello. We are big dessert lovers and usually carrot cake and lemon meringue or key lime pie is served (to counter all the chocolate candy

i just re-read the question and my answer didn’t really address my favorite recipe. I’ve been using the same recipe for carrot cake for 50 years–it’s delicious!
My family loves ham on easter. My husband’s family eats lamb and polish sausage on Easter.
Scalloped potatoes and green bean casserole.
We make a special bread, braided with Easter eggs, and a special ricotta cheese pie. Both northern Italian traditions that go way back in our family!
We love Swedish kringle coffee cake! You can shape it into anything fun.
Lamb is usually on the table for Easter if I’m cooking.
I always look forward to my grandma’s fruit salad on Easter. It’s absolutely amazing!
Quiche for breakfast, and ham and my Mom’s potato casserole for dinner, plus other yummy stuff!

For Easter, we do a pork loin w green beans and our traditional family dessert is Greek Rice Pudding
