This week Christian from Des Plaines, Illinois asked, “How do I make tempura batter??”
Tempura Batter Recipe:
1 cup white rice flour
1 cup ice cold water
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
Whisk together. Consistency must not be too thick or too runny. Adjust accordingly by adding some rice flour (if too runny), or some water (if too thick).
