"The Dylan Brogan" Oolong Kombucha Cocktail by @NessAlla

Kombucha is so much for versatile than I originally thought. This sophisticated cocktail is made fun with oolong kombucha from my girls at NessAlla Kombucha from Madison, Wisconsin.

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz. Death’s Door Gin
  • 1 oz. Nessalla Oolong Kombucha
  • 1/2 oz. St. Germain liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
  • 1/4 oz. Grand Marnier
  • Two Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Instructions:
Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass.
