Lice. Just the word give me the creeps! With 2 daughters in elementary school, this is one of those things that all parent cringe about. Once a child has lice in the classroom, it can very easily transfer to your kid. And these days, schools are very diligent in alerting parents at the first sight of lice in the classroom.
