I love getting my kids in the kitchen. Whether it’s them physically helping me out, or simply watching me cook, or even just in the vicinity of the kitchen, I believe there are many lessons to be learned in cooking. On this night, I was trying to julienne some vegetables to go into a Spicy Pork Lettuce Wraps recipe when my son started to peak in the kitchen.

He saw me taking pictures of my prep, like I usually do and asked, “Ma, what are you making?” As I was about to slice open my red bell pepper, I saw an opportunity to get him involved in this quick Instagram video and have fun with it.
