Snacking Your Way Through The Day
We mommas are always nonstop, all day long. I find that I sometimes forget to eat and when I finally notice how hungry I am, I scarf down whatever fast food joint is nearest to me while I'm on the go. Then, I feel guilty because I know I could have done better in my eating habits.
Habits. That's exactly what I find the most helpful in maintaining a healthier me. I know that I'm usually on the go for work and keeping up with the kids.
