Recipe
Pandan Rum Matcha Tiramisu
Ingredients:
1 large package Lady
Fingers
2 tablespoon Matcha powder
1 cup hot water
1 cup heavy cream
8 oz mascarpone cheese
1 tablespoon matcha powder
1/3 cup powder sugar
2 tablespoons Pandan Rum
1.
Mix
mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, matcha powder and Pandan Rum until soft
peaks form.
2.
Combine
matcha powder and hot water. Lightly dip both sides of Lady Fingers and set
aside.
3.
Assemble
your Lady Fingers at the bottom of your dish.
4.
Spread the
mascarpone pandan mixture on top.
5.
Repeat
layers to the top of your dish with last layer of mascarpone mixture on top.
6.
Refrigerate
for 3-4 hours
7.
Lightly
dust with matcha powder before serving.
