The Most Flavorful Spicy Chipotle Egg & Avocado Salad Toast

  • 1/4 cup Spicy Chipotle Organic Hellmann's Mayonnaise
  • 6 medium eggs, diced
  • 1 medium avocado, pitted and diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons diced red onions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • Sliced red radishes, for garnish
  • Your favorite toast

In a mixing bowl, carefully fold all the ingredients together until fully mixed. Be careful not to break the eggs and mush the avocados. It is best to use a rubber spatula. 

Taste for seasoning. 

Toast your favorite bread. I used one with sunflower seeds and nuts and grains to add an extra layer of texture and crunch. 

Add a heaping scoop of egg and avocado salad. Garnish with sliced radishes and enjoy!
