When thinking of the Chicago Bears and the name Payton, the first name that comes to mind is Chicago’s favorite and beloved, Walter Payton. The legacy he left goes beyond football, as he has also inspired his son, Jarrett Payton to live out his dreams and passions, carry on his legacy with giving back to the community and so much more.

On Part 1 of this two part episode with Jarrett Payton, we met at the Public House in downtown Chicago located at 400 N. State Street, where I got Jarrett to cook with his own beer, Jarrett Payton All American Wheat Ale with the guidance of Executive Chef David and me as the sous chef!
