{Video Journal} Getting back to exercising

Exercising is NOT fun for me. I don’t know if it will ever be. But, I do know that exercising is crucial to keeping my body healthy, inside and out. I have the same struggles as many other busy moms. Not enough time in the day, what do I do with the kids?, a little insecurity in going to the gym and many more. I am pushing myself to exercise at least twice a week. I really want to look and feel healthier.

Watch the video as I share my feelings after my measly two mile run today. I’m really hoping that I can stick to an exercise schedule.
