1. Asian pizza is a real thing

A few years ago, pan-Asian ingredients atop a pizza crust might have been considered a novelty. Today, it appears to be a mainstream and fairly popular option. They even provide cannibalized soft drinks like 2 liter bottles from the market if customers insist without extra charges. Alcohol is illegal to be sold by restaurants or for off-premise consumption in many states since laws are changing because people want to have a chill brew along with their pizza. So it cites the delivery or takeout sale of booze as a significant opportunity.
