Then this mixture should be washed, add chopped fruit, and whip in a blender. It is also possible to prepare porridge from hemp seeds only. They are soaked in cold water for a few hours and then brought to a boil, but not boiling. After the porridge has boiled, it is turned off and wrapped in a towel for a few minutes. 3. Desserts. Using such an ingredient, you can make delicious homemade chocolate. For this, you will need:

  • seeds - 1 tsp;

  • milk - 2 tbsp.


The proportions can vary depending on the desired amount of finished product. First, soak the hemp in cold water for about 2 hours. Melt the butter in a bowl, in another container, mix the remaining ingredients and bring to a homogeneous mass, and add the butter. Bring all this to a boil and boil for 3 minutes. Pour the seeds into the hot mixture, pour out into molds and leave in the fridge or freezer to harden. If desired, you can also add coconut, nuts, etc.
