1. Dough it Right!


You might be overstretching the pizza dough without realizing it. You may think that this will give you a thin crust, but the pizza crust can easily get burned if the dough is too thin.


Give enough time for your dough to sit. After kneading, you don’t want to start rolling it immediately. The dough should sit for a while for about 10 to 15 minutes. This will make the dough fluffy and smooth, just how it should be.


2. Check Your Oven


Whether it is an electric oven or a microwave oven, what matters is the position of the heating equipment. You want to put your pizza nearest to the hottest point of your oven so that it is cooked well in a short time. 3. Just the Right Amount of Toppings


We all love pizza stuffed with toppings. So don’t hesitate to add some chicken, mushroom, bell paper, and cheese! However, too much topping can make your pizza taste like chicken salad! If you are adding too much topping than you need, the taste of the crust will be overtaken by the topping and your pizza will not taste like a pizza anymore. We are not saying less is more, but don’t go overboard.

Many people think that precooking the toppings is not necessary as the pizza will eventually go into the oven. This is a big mistake. Tomatoes and bell peppers are fine if not pre-cooked but if you are adding meat, it is necessary to cook the meat before adding it to the pizza. You can use bread flour if you're making Sicilian or New York-style pizza.


9. Rolling Pin in the Bin


Your pizza dough is not bread dough so spreading it out with a rolling pan is probably not a good idea. This makes your pizza too dense. Use your hands instead. Stretch out the dough using your hands, spreading it uniformly throughout.


10. Add the Finishing Touches


After you are finally done baking your pizza, it is a good idea to add a little magic to finish it off.
