Bourbon and Bonfires

Hosted once per month, Chicago Marriott Lincolnshire Resort is lighting its patio firepit and fire table overlooking Lake Lincolnshire while serving bourbon flights with paired bites for $35 per person. During the event, attendees can kick-back, relax and enjoy smooth bourbon and small plates, while overlooking the beautiful grounds and taking in the sunset over Lake Lincolnshire. Nine and Dine

Every Tuesday through Saturday, golfers can book a ‘Nine and Dine’ experience, which includes nine holes of golf on Crane’s Landing Golf Course, and a prix fixe dinner for two at Three Embers Restaurant for $100 (excluding tax and gratuity).

Patio Dining

Boasting more than 2,500 square feet of open air beauty, the Lakeside Plaza is surrounded by unobscured, breathtaking views of Lake Lincolnshire, Crane’s Landing Golf Course and on-property wooded areas. Sunday Brunch

North Shore residents can look forward to a new Sunday brunch destination at the resort’s newly opened Three Embers Restaurant. Starting Sunday, June 3, Three Embers Restaurant will serve guests an enticing brunch, which includes an item of choice from a seven-entrée menu, a choice from three seasonal desserts and a mimosa for $32 per person (excluding tax and gratuity). From 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. every Sunday, brunch enthusiasts will be able to indulge in an exceptional dining experience with modern twists. Three Embers Restaurant will also expand its brunch offerings for special occasions, such as the option for guests to swap a mimosa for a Pilsner of Honey Badger Beer on Father’s Day.
