Things Get Real With the Launch of #RealMomsTalk Hosted by Momma Cuisine

PRESS RELEASE – JAN 4, 2016 16:15 CST Moms across the country will convene, connect and converse via Twitter. Today, Momma Cuisine, Inc., parent company of the In the Kitch with Momma Cuisine web series and Great Everyday Meals Magazine, announced the launch of #RealMomsTalk, a bimonthly, hour-long Twitter chat occurring every first and last Thursday of the month beginning on Thursday, January 7 at 7:00 p.m. Central time.

#RealMomsTalk aims to gather moms of diverse backgrounds to discuss topics important to them as modern women and parents. Chats will cover everything from career, marriage and relationships, parenting, education, finance, home and lifestyle, cooking, fashion and much more. The underlying purpose of these Twitter chats is to empower moms and provide a supportive community with resources to help them succeed and reach their goals — whatever they may be.

On creating the #RealMomsTalk forum, Momma Cuisine Founder and television personality Johanna M. Cook said, “I want to use the positive power of Twitter and social media platforms to empower moms by creating a community of support and resources, where women can listen, share and relate to each other’s experiences. I want moms to know that they are not alone in their journey regardless of what stage of motherhood they are in.”

For 2016, one of Momma Cuisine’s goals is to take #RealMomsTalk on the road as part of her annual Food Tours and present moms across the country with special speaker panels, workshops and fun-filled days of connecting and empowerment.
