1. Control The Temps

6. Start Exercising


One of the best things you can do when you are trying to minimize your hot flashes and the symptoms of menopause is to exercise more. Try to add more exercise to your daily life. It could be going for a walk after dinner or even doing some light stretching. You want to try to start an exercise routine because it can help to minimize your symptoms.
