Preheat your oven to 425 degrees and arrange your cauliflower into a single layer on the baking sheet. Season well then roast and flip. Leave the cauliflower in the oven until it turns golden (that would be around 30 minutes). Add cheese to it and leave it a bit longer. Then serve with basil, pepper flakes, and Parmesan.
