1. White Chocolate Cappuccino Cookies
Cookies always go over super well at get-togethers. Nobody can turn down their appeal. To start these cookies off you'll grab a small bowl and fill it with hot water.

Dissolve 2 packets of mocha cappuccino mix in the water and then set it to the side for a few seconds to grab a larger bowl. In this large bowl, cream 1 cup of butter and 3/4 cup of sugar. Once it's nice and fluffy you'll pour the cappuccino water into the mix and beat in an egg yolk.

Whisk together 2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour with 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon in a separate bowl and then slowly add it to the other mixture. Make your dough, divide it in half, and then wrap it and put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Once it's ready to roll out, you'll preheat your oven to 375. Create a floured surface and roll out both sections of your dough.

Cut them with a cookie cutter of your choice and then place them on a baking sheet. No need to grease it. Bake for around 12 minutes and then pipe as much white candy coating on them as you want.

2. Affogato
If you're an ice coffee fanatic then this simple recipe will be perfect for you. The only ingredients that you need are vanilla ice cream and your favorite coffee beans. All you're going to do is put as much vanilla ice cream in a bowl that you want and then pour in the espresso shot. Coffeeble suggests using high quality coffee beans which will dramatically improve the recipe in the end.

You can top it with crushed nuts, biscotti, coffee bean brittle or any sweet thing you want that will add an extra crunch to the dessert.

3. Tiramisu
Tiramisu is the one dessert that everyone thinks of when you mention coffee. It's a delicious classic. Grab a medium saucepan and whisk together 6 egg yolks with 3/4 cups of sugar until it's combined.

Add in 2/3 cup of milk and cook it over medium heat. Keep stirring because milk can curdle and burn and you don't want that in your cake. Keep at it until the liquid boils.

Take it off the burner, cover it nice tight, and then stick it in the fridge for an hour. While you wait, beat 1 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream with 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla until peaks form. Take the yolk mixture out of the fridge and mix in 1 pound of mascarpone cheese.

Set it to the side and grab a smaller bowl. You will combine 1/4 cup of your strongest coffee brew and 2 tablespoons of rum together. Grab a 3-ounce package of ladyfingers and split them longways.

Soak them in the coffee mixture and then from there its sort of like a lasagna. You'll put half of the soaked ladyfingers down in a dish, do a layer of half the cheese mixture on top of that, and then half of the whipped cream. Repeat this process and then top it with cocoa powder.

4. Mocha Truffle Cheesecake
Cheesecake and coffee. What more could you ask for right? Grab a large bowl and combine a package of devil's food cake mix with 6 tablespoons of melted butter, a large egg, and up to 3 tablespoons of instant coffee granules.

Once it's mixed you'll sort of use it as you would a graham cracker crust. Press it to the bottom and sides of a greased springform pan. Grab a second large bowl to create the filling.

Beat 2 packages of cream cheese until it's good and well, creamy. Add in a can of sweetened condensed milk and 2 cups of melted semi-sweet chocolate chips. Grab a separate bowl and dissolve about 6 tablespoons of instant coffee granules in water.

Add this into the cream cheese mixture as well. Throw in your 3 large eggs and once everything is combined you can pour into the pan. Put the pan on a baking sheet and then pop it in the oven. Mocha Truffle Cheesecake is one of the best survival foods out there and the combination with coffee is a great match.

Bake it for about 50 minutes and take it out to chill overnight. When you're ready to serve it make a whip cream mixture out of a cup of heavy whipping cream, 1/4 cup of confectioners sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract to spread over the cake.

5. Cappuccino Popsicles
Need a summery treat for the hot weather? Cappuccino popsicles have your back. Brew a cup of espresso and then pour it into a saucepan. You'll also add 2/3 cup of sugar, 2 tablespoons of corn syrup, a cup of milk 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to the saucepan.

Warm it up until the sugar is dissolved and distribute it into popsicle molds. Pop them in your freezer and allow for them to freeze for the rest of the day.

6. Coffee Gelato
This is another treat that's perfect for a hot summer day and it's vegan. Combine 2 cans of coconut milk, a shot of espresso, 3/4 cups of sugar, and a teaspoon of vanilla in a saucepan.

Warm it on low until the sugar is dissolved and then take it off the burner to cool. Pour the mixture into your ice cream machine and then make it according to its instructions.

If you don't have an ice cream machine put the mixture in the freezer and take it out every 45 minutes to beat it with a hand mixer until it's frozen.
