Fresh Cranberry Salsa

Over the holidays, we're always looking for ways to make simple foods more festive. My recipe for fresh cranberry salsa is so unexpected that your guests will be looking for it every year!

Fresh Cranberry Salsa isn't just great with chips, it is the perfect accompaniment with roasted meats, on top of creamy or baked cheeses, and a pop of flavor that is so refreshing with a wonderful contrast to all the rich and heavy Thanksgiving foods.

Try it out at home!

Fresh Cranberry Salsa

Ingredients:
  • 1, 12 ounce bag fresh cranberries
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 2 jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 3 stalks green onion
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Instructions:

In a food processor or high powered blender, chop all the ingredients until fully incorporated and your desired texture.

You can substitute sugar with honey or agave nectar.

This is best made the day before or a couple hours before serving so that all the flavors have time to come together. Enjoy!
