Garlicky Johnsonville Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

So, I was finally on a reality cooking competition show. For so many years friends, family and fans have continually asked me to join a TV cooking competition and I was always so scared to do it...until I got the call from Johnsonville. 

The Johnsonville Sausage Dome is a 4-part cooking competition series where cooks come to compete and where the winning dishes will live on forever as Official Johnsonville Game Day Recipes.

Game day is upon us and I humbly served the Johnsonville-expert judges my Garlicky Stuffed Mushrooms. I know I love these and so do my friends. So, I went with my instincts. When I saw the panel of judges, I second-guessed myself seeing so many meat and potato lovers!

  • 1 package JOHNSONVILLE® Ground Italian Sausage
  • 1 pound fresh white or cremini mushrooms
  • 1 cup plain bread crumbs
  • ½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 to 5 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ cup grated (or shredded) Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Wow, mushroom! I love <a href="">mushroom recipe</a> and including here which is recipe is really delicious and excellent for health. I love it. Even I have seen its ingredients and instruction is also very easy.
