Next, add in 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup white sugar, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup coconut oil, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1 tsp lemon juice, and 2 tsp vanilla.

Lastly, add in 1 cup grated zucchini and mix for 30 seconds. Pour the batter in a loaf pan and bake for 25-30 minutes on 350°F.
