Gluten Free Chocolate Covered Strawberries
This recipe for Gluten Free Chocolate Covered Strawberries is truly a household favorite that is fun and simple enough for the kids to help create.
These healthy and decadent strawberries are a big crowd pleaser and perfect for a school lunch treat or special occasion!
Ingredients:

- 1/2 Cup Raw Coconut oil
- 1 Tsp Vanilla ( I like the Vanilla from Trader Joes with bourbon)
- 1/4-1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Cocoa or Carob Powder ( You may also chop and melt the chocolate with the other ingredients!)
- 1 Tbs Raw Honey (or an extra tsp to taste)
- Pinch of Pink Sea Salt
- Fresh Strawberries
Combine all of the ingredients (I do everything by hand) in a medium mixing bowl. If the chocolate is too thick, simply add a tsp or two more until the consistency is smoother.
Dip the Strawberries into the Chocolate and refrigerate!
