Green Tea Peach Smoothie

    Ingredients:
    • Water - 1 cup (250 mL)
    • Green Tea - 5 bags Tetley Pure Green Tea
    • Almond Milk - 1 1/2 cups
    • Spinach Leaves - 1 cup (250 mL)
    • Peach - 3 cups (750 mL) Sliced and Frozen
    • Avocado - 1 ripe, peeled and chopped
    • Honey - 3 tablespoons
    Instructions:

    1. In a large saucepan, bring 1 cup water to a boil. Remove from heat and place the green tea bags in the pan. Let it steep for about 5 minutes, until then keep it covered. Squeeze the green tea bags completely to release as much liquid as possible. Be careful while doing this. Let the green tea mix cool completely.
    2. Combine green tea, almond milk and spinach in a blender. Blend it until smooth. Add honey, frozen peach slices, and avocado and puree until extremely smooth. Serve immediately.
