Rosemary Roasted Grapes Recipe by Momma Cuisine

Roasting can enhance the flavors of vegetables and even fruit by caramelizing it. This recipe for Rosemary Roasted Grapes is  fun and unexpected, that will for sure surprise your guests.

Many times, people think that entertaining recipes need to be complicated, and ultra gourmet to impress their guests. In fact, some of the fanciest meals are made very simply, using ingredients that aren't too exotic. Rosemary Roasted Grapes fits perfectly into this category of simple dish, yet bringing a high gourmet appeal.

Rosemary Roasted Grapes are absolutely divine over creamy Brie cheese and a piece of sliced toasted French baguette for hors d'oeuvres. In would even be amazing atop sharp goat cheese or gorgonzola! The sweet grapes become a little more intense after being roasted, with the earthy and aromatic rosemary a nice surprise in the background.

Rosemary Roasted Grapes would also be a fun accompaniment to your Thanksgiving Turkey, leg of lamb, or pork roast. Try this fun and easy recipe and serve it at your next soiree!

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound of Seedless Red or BlackGrapes – washed and dried with stems taken off
  • 1 tablespoons of Fresh Rosemary – chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Kosher Salt
  • Pinch of Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
Instructions:

Line a cookie sheet with foil or parchment paper. Heat the oven to 375 degrees.

Toss all of the ingredients together in mixing bowl and place on the lined sheet in a single layer.

Roast in the oven for 35-45 minutes.

Serve as an accompaniment with cheese or roasts.
