Italian sausages (1 pound)
Canned San Marzano tomato sauce (15 ounces)
Canned tomatoes (16 ounces)
Lean ground beef ()½ pound)
Oregano (1 teaspoon)
Basil (1 teaspoon)
Bay leaf (1 leaf)
Ground black pepper (¼ teaspoon)
Chopped garlic (1 clove)
Chopped onion (1 onion)
Olive oil (1 Tablespoon)
Salt according to taste

Directions to prepare
 
Total preparation time:- 1.5 hours

1) Boil your pasta as per the instructions given on its packing. Once cooked, drain the water to keep them aside. 
2) Cut your sausages into ½ inch slices and cook them in a large skillet for around 10 minutes. 
3) Take another skillet and add ground beef, onion, garlic and olive oil. Heat all ingredients on medium heat until it turns brown. 
4) In the skillet of sausages, mix tomatoes, tomato sauce, bay leaf, basil, oregano, black pepper and salt. Stir occasionally at low heat for the next one hour to obtain a distinctive flavor.

2) Preheat your oven at 175 degrees C and roast all the veggies that stirred in the pan. Cook it for around 30 minutes until tender.
