 Today on WGN News’ Lunchbreak segment, I featured a tuna salad recipe that is not the recipe we immediately think of when thinking of tuna salad. This one is light, fresh and filled with raw, crunchy vegetables and simple dressed with good olive oil and deli mustard. That’s it! I also brought with me some healthy ideas to substitute for staples in your pantry. Eating healthier doesn’t always mean a full on overhaul in your lifestyle. Sometimes, being healthy means taking small and simple steps to a healthier way of eating and living.
