{Quick Video Recipe} How To Make Garlic-Parsley Butter

Garlic bread is just one of those things that is a must with certain foods like homemade spaghetti or a hot bowl of Italian-style soup!

This recipe is for how to make your own flavored butter at home, and more specifically Garlic-Parsley Butter for your homemade garlic bread. With a simple stick of unsalted butter, you can easily skip the frozen packages of garlic bread from the grocery store and make it hot and fresh at home.

And it’s not just for garlic bread, try using your Garlic-Parsley Butter on top of a perfectly grilled steak, or use it to saute with shrimp, or even simply toss it over some hot pasta!

Ingredients

1 stick of unsalted butter – room temperature

1 bunch of Italian Parsley – finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon of Kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon of fresh cracked black pepper

In a large bowl, gently mix all of the ingredients together with the back of a fork or simply mix it in the food processor for about 30 seconds.

I was just looking for this info for a while. After 6 hours of continuous Googleing, finally I got it in your web site. I wonder what’s the lack of Google strategy that do not rank this type of informative websites in top of the list. Generally the top web sites are full of garbage. I was just wondering what to make for dinner tomorrow night…problem solved….the clincher was the cut up carrots….I had just cleaned out my pantry and found a can of pinto beans and one of white beans..so was a no–brainer…but I like the idea of the carrots…also the olives…never have used it in chili before, so will be a new experience… Harold Burton

This sounds wonderful and I’m making it tomorrow night! The question I have is: I don’t have Sherry (or any alcohol) is there something else I can use? I don’t want to buy a bottle use a little then have it go bad. I love your recipes and have tried quite a few of them. Joseph Donahue
