This recipe uses one my favorite flavors of hummus from Sabra, Tuscan Herb Hummus. I add a little vinegar and oil and turn it into a fabulous and protein-packed dressing perfect with your salads. Imagine taking this simple hummus dressing recipe and tossing it in:
