Because of my sponsorship of the Good Food Festival, I was able to get the opportunity to meet Steve Tiwald, the founder of the Green Earth Institute in Naperville, Illinois.

The Green Earth Institute is a 60-acre organic farm, in McDonald Farm on Knock Knolls Road. With million dollar homes as it’s backdrop, it’s hard to imagine a farm like this in this area.

The purpose of my visit on this day was to learn more about Community Supported Agriculture, or CSA for short, and how find out how it works. I hope you enjoy this episode and learn a little something along the way. I know I did!
