The summertime favorite in my household has quickly become my Gluten Free Tequila Salmon Tacos.

My girls would devour these every day of the week if I let them!

They are so fast and easy to make, even the little ones can get involved!

Gluten Free Tequila Salmon Tacos

Ingredients

Sauce:

In a sauce pan combine:

4Tbs Unsalted Butter

Minced clove of garlic

2 Tbs Chili powder

2 Pinches of Sea Salt

2-3 ounces of Tequila

Toppings:

Cherry Tomatoes – Halved

Your choice of salsa.

Shredded lettuce


Instructions

Start by grilling a 1lb Fresh Salmon Filet and shredding in a medium bowl.

Bring the sauce ingredients to a simmer until the garlic is well cooked and pour over the shredded salmon.

In a skillet warm 100 percent corn tortillas and fill with the salmon.
